Description
A year after the explosion of the Centre de Valorisation des Aliments (CVA) in Sherbrooke, four small local businesses get together in the hope of helping victims of serious burns. Pasta & Fumo (fusion of Naturellement Pasta and Fumoir Smoke House Urbain), Ô Sirop, and Le Domaine Bergeville haved joined together with Olivier Jean, le ‘Gars du Lac’, who was himself seriously burned during the CVA explosion on 23rd March, 2022. Through the sale of the Paniers de la solidarité, they wish to support victims during their recovery process, no matter where they live in the province of Quebec. Free ready-to-eat meals, delivered to their door, will be a significant help in getting serious burn victims and their family through the aftermath of their accident, such as it did for Olivier.
All profits from the sale of the “Paniers de la Solidarité“ will be given to Entraide Grands Brûlés, the non-profit organization responsible for managing the delivery of prepared meals to serious burn victims and their family.
Each panier contains:
- A meat pie from Gars du Lac
- A duck lasagna from Pasta & Fumo
- Two syrups from Ô Sirop
- A bottle of L’Exception 2020 special edition Les Invincibles from Domaine Bergeville
On behalf of serious burns victims, a heartfelt thank you for supporting this wonderful cause!
