We aim for your wines to reach you within 3 working days of them leaving the vineyard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery costs in Canada (outside province of Qu\u00e9bec) are $50 for any order below $200 (before tax) and $80 for orders between $200 and $400.\u00a0 For orders over $400 to be delivered in its entirety to a single address, the delivery fee will be waived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can only deliver to street addresses, not to PO boxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you prefer to collect your order from the vineyard yourself, please select the Click and Collect option and you will avoid delivery charges.\u00a0 We will contact you within 5 working days of placing your order to arrange a convenient date and time for you to come by the vineyard to collect your wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order is urgent, please give us a <a href=\"https:\/\/domainebergeville.ca\/en\/contact\/\">call<\/a> to discuss it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-vineyard\u2019s-responsibility\"><strong>The Vineyard\u2019s Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Domaine Bergeville agrees to deliver undamaged bottles within the time frame stated in the Delivery section of our Terms and Conditions.\u00a0 However, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee ideal shipping conditions and the wine could be affected by transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The vineyard\u2019s responsibility does not extend beyond the delivery.\u00a0 Once the order has been delivered, the vineyard\u2019s responsibility ceases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"claims\"><strong>Claims<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should some of your bottles be damaged in transport, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.\u00a0 You may be asked to return the damaged bottle(s) and return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.\u00a0 However, the replacement bottle(s) and its\/their delivery will be\u00a0 the responsibility of the vineyard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"customer-service\"><strong>Customer Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We could not be prouder of our wines and want to offer you the best products possible.\u00a0 However, creating sparkling wines is a complex and exacting process, and flawless quality control is unattainable.\u00a0 If part of your order is corked, contains unsightly sediment or is wrongly labelled, <a href=\"https:\/\/domainebergeville.ca\/en\/contact\/\">please give us a call<\/a> to make us aware of the situation, within 6 months of your delivery date (please have the bottle number at hand).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"privacy-policy\"><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Domaine Bergeville keeps a close eye on how your personal data is collected, used and stored.\u00a0 Outside sources, including payment platforms, may share some of your information with us which will then be added to our main database.\u00a0 All personal data remains strictly confidential: we will not share or sell your information to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you fill in any of our online forms, you agree to the use of the given information to contact you to fulfil your requests, answer any queries, manage promotions and offer further details on our products and services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Before making an online purchase, please read the General Conditions of Sale, where you will find information regarding prices and delivery, for example.
