We aim for your wines to reach you within 3 working days of them leaving the vineyard.
We can only deliver to street addresses, not to PO boxes.

We will contact you within 5 working days of placing your order to arrange a convenient date and time for you to come by the vineyard to collect your wines.
If your order is urgent, please give us a call to discuss it.
The Vineyard’s Responsibility
Le Domaine Bergeville agrees to deliver undamaged bottles within the time frame stated in the Delivery section of our Terms and Conditions. However, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee ideal shipping conditions and the wine could be affected by transport.
The vineyard’s responsibility does not extend beyond the delivery. Once the order has been delivered, the vineyard’s responsibility ceases.
Claims
Should some of your bottles be damaged in transport, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. You may be asked to return the damaged bottle(s) and return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. However, the replacement bottle(s) and its/their delivery will be the responsibility of the vineyard.
Customer Service
We could not be prouder of our wines and want to offer you the best products possible. However, creating sparkling wines is a complex and exacting process, and flawless quality control is unattainable. If part of your order is corked, contains unsightly sediment or is wrongly labelled, please give us a call to make us aware of the situation, within 6 months of your delivery date (please have the bottle number at hand).

All personal data remains strictly confidential: we will not share or sell your information to third parties.
