One April evening, everything became clear. In a small bistro in Quebec, after a meal, the waiter returned with a bottle of grappa. He sat at our table, poured the glasses, and said: “Ce n’est pas la fin!” These words struck a chord. They perfectly embodied our intention: to give the grape a second life, to extend its story beyond the wine, and to remind us that there is always a next chapter.
And so was born Ce n’est pas la fin, an artisanal grape marc spirit inspired by the cycle of matter and the moments we share. The end becomes a beginning: a suspended moment among friends, a celebration of what continues. We created this spirit in our image, aligned with our values, and we are immensely proud of it.
